How To Find Us
From
the M4 (the most straight forward route)
Leave
the M4 at junction 12, and take the roundabout exit signposted for
Newbury. Go straight over the first roundabout;
turn right at the second, onto the A340, heading for Pangbourne.
Follow this road for 3 3/4 miles, until you
reach the village of Pangbourne. In the village,
there is a pub, he Cross keys on the right, where the road you are on
wiggles left-right at a hashed yellow box on the road. Turn
LEFT here, driving between the church (on the
right) and the little white timbered cottages )on your left). After
about 2 - 2.5 miles the road narrows after which you will pass Tysoe
Farm on a sharp right hand bend. Turn left at a the next cross-roads,
signposted to St Andrews School. Just before the
school entrance, turn SHARP right (almost double back on yourself).
The entrance to Herons Farm also signposted
'Cullinghood' is on your left after 1/4 mile.
From
the A34 (Oxford)
Take
the A34 south. Take the exit at East Illsley.You will enter the
village on Abingdon Road. turn left onto Cow Lane, following signs
for Compton. In ComptonHigh St then take a slight right
at School Rd, exiting the village on Aldworth Road. After
about 2 miles you will come up to The Four Points pub. Go straight
across at the angled junction crossing over the B4009. Continue
for 3.3 miles, then merge onto a road from the right. Immediately,
turn LEFT to climb an unnamed lane. Pass the farm track and
one cross roads, and at the second road crossroads, turn right
signposted to St Andrews School. Just before
the school entrance, turn SHARP right (almost double back on
yourself). The entrance to Herons Farm also signposted 'Cullinghood'
is on your left after 1/4 mile.
